The objective of this article is to understand educational policies in early childhood education based on the actions of business groups. The central question that permeates this study is: What is the new role that business has played in the field of early childhood education? This bibliographical study seeks to understand the power relations that permeate the state apparatus and civil society in the configuration of a new sociability and educational policies based on business culture, highlighting the process of hegemony to legitimize the interests of the dominant class. The context of the research permeates reflections on the concepts of childhood, children, social rights, educational policies and public-private partnerships in Early Childhood Education.
