There are no fees for submission and evaluation.

Publication fees

From 2024, REI will ask for a contribution of R$ 500.00 (only for authors from outside the institution) if the article passes the peer review process. For authors linked to the IDEAU University Centre, this amount will be subsidized. Therefore, articles submitted by IDEAU University Center students and professors and approved by the RACI evaluation system will not have to pay for publication.

The costs of publishing a scientific article have increased, as we strive to ensure the quality of the journal for authors and researchers. We have listed some of the services that generate costs:

• Open Journal Systems (OJS) hosting;
• Updating Open Journal Systems (OJS);
• Updating of Open Journal Systems (OJS) plugins by the company Acesso Acadêmico. Example: ORCID, DOI, metrics, etc. plugins;
• Assignment of DOI number per article and membership of Crossref;
