Author Guidelines

RACI - Revista Administração e Contábeis IDEAU only accepts original articles, not published in other journals. We accept articles presented at events, provided that this information is provided by the authors.

1. PUBLICATION GUIDELINES:

1.1 For submissions, it is mandatory to submit the text to be evaluated following the Template (model).

1.2 Texts submitted for publication must be submitted for approval by members of the Internal and External Editorial Board of the Journal. Opinions will be sent to the author(s) for their knowledge and reformulation, if necessary. For more information, see "Peer Review Process".

1.3 The submission must be original and unpublished, and the author must declare that it is not being evaluated for publication by another journal; otherwise, it must be justified in "Comments to the editor".

1.4 The length of the text should be a maximum of 20 pages (excluding references), Arial font, size 12, 1.5 line spacing. And it should contain a maximum of 8 authors. If it exceeds, please contact the editorial team;

1.5 The submission must include: title in Portuguese, title in English, title in Spanish. As well as abstract, keywords; abstract, keywords; resumen, palabras clave. 4 to 6 keywords must be inserted, which should not appear in the title.

1.6 The body of the text must follow one of the three languages (Portuguese, Spanish, or English).

1.7 CITATIONS: For citations, follow the ABNT standards (NBR 10520) updated in 2023.

Short literal quotations should be integrated into the text, in quotation marks, followed by parentheses with the author's surname, year, and page of publication. Quotations longer than three lines should be presented with a 4 cm indentation from the left margin, with a smaller font than the text (Arial, size 10, single spaced) and without quotation marks. The author's surname, year, and page of publication from which they were taken should also be indicated within parentheses.

Titles different from the same author, published in the same year, should be differentiated by the addition of lowercase letters, which should be in alphabetical order, immediately after the date and without spacing, for example: (Oliveira, 1999a; Oliveira, 1999b).

1.8 ACRONYMS: Acronyms should be spelled out when mentioned for the first time in the article.

1.9 BIBLIOGRAPHICAL REFERENCES: Bibliographical references must adhere to the works and authors cited in the text and must be presented in alphabetical order, according to the ABNT NBR 6023/2018 standards, at the end of the work.

It is the responsibility of the author(s) to correctly and accurately cite in the text and provide the corresponding information in the reference list at the end of the manuscript.

2 - SUBMISSION REGISTRATION

2.1 The data of all authors (in the order they will be published) must be provided through the RACI - Revista Administração e Contábeis IDEAU environment page at the time of submission: name, surname, email, ORCID id, affiliation institution, mini curriculum with brief professional information (maximum of 50 words);

2.2 Titles, abstracts, and keywords must be filled in Portuguese, English, and Spanish in the fields indicated at the time of submission; authors must also indicate the subjects and area of knowledge of the submitted manuscript;

2.3 Abstract (100 to 250 words) highlighting the objective, method, and conclusions of the work. The abstract text, written in a single paragraph, using the verb in the third person, must be free of direct or indirect quotations, symbols or contractions not commonly used, and formulas and equations that are not absolutely necessary;

2.4 Keywords (up to six words), representing the content of the article (in the three languages already indicated);

2.5 Indication of the funding agency or promotion of the work when applicable;

2.6 Titles and subtitles should contain a maximum of 20 words, including articles, prepositions, conjunctions, etc.; they must be concise, clearly indicated (in the three languages already indicated).

RACI reserves the right to modify the text, when necessary, without affecting its content, with the aim of standardizing the presentation, it may also reformulate the language, when necessary.

3. CONDITIONS FOR PUBLICATION

For accepted articles and essays to be published in RACI, authors must provide grammatical review of the text and abstract (including them in a foreign language), by a professional with experience in the field. The respective charges are the responsibility of the authors.
